Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara announces demise of manager

A statement issued mentioned, “It is with much sorrow and regret that Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara announces the passing of our resident manager, Abdullah Mohamed Abdullah al Hinai who was on holiday in Thailand with his family. Abdullah passed away this morning (Monday, May 7, 2018) in hospital after suffering from breathing difficulties. His wife was by his side.”

James Hewitson, basic manager mentioned, “Our owners, Anantara Hotels &amp Resorts, the team right here in Salalah and I are so deeply saddened by Abdullah’s passing and provide our condolences to his wife and young youngsters as effectively as all of his loved ones and buddies. Abdullah has been a wonderful instance of Omani talent driving his profession to the leading hotels in Oman and attaining his position right here in Salalah as resident manager. He was destined to make history and turn out to be the initial Omani basic manager of a 5-star luxury resort.

“Abdullah has played a critical role in the opening and success of Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara and his wonderful warm and smiling character along with his infectious positive attitude has made the difference in how successful we have been. I know the team will miss him dearly, but I will miss my friend, comrade, confidante and cultural guide more than words can express. May he rest in peace.”
